I have been living here for almost 3 years. I found it very convenient to everywhere of the Pattaya City. But the problem is the bars inside are allowed to launch private party with live band and singer from 5:30pm to 11:30 or even the midnight in any day of the week. I really don't understand why they can use the public parking area to set up a stage to do so. It vividly reflects the incapability of the management office here. It is so noisy that you can feel the window is shaking and of course you cannot sleep until they finished. If you are at the other side of the building (facing the LK side), the residences at Nirun have a practice to dump their trash outside at the ground just next to the wall of Nirun. In other words, you seem living in a trash slump. The worst part is the "ladies" at the office are not helpful at all. There is no use for you to complain anything because when you speak English they will ask you to speak Thai. They pretended not knowing English, of course it is a different story when they encounter a farang, but it is true that what they know is to receive management fee only. So it is a waste of time to search help from them! Even if they promised you to help you to fix any problem, they will not keep their promise!
