    Dear Mr., Mrs. Can you imagine living in a condo looking into a car parking building just 4 to 5 m away from it?!!!! I’m living in Pattaya, Center Condotel, with a view, actually, over the Wat Chaimongkul to the sea. It’s a very pleasant place with great view. Now the Wat Chaimongkul startet just in front of our building a big parking block with at the end 7 floors! That means that the view of a lot of residents it’s gone for ever. In the future they will look at parking cars building just about 5 meters from their windows with all the troubles as there are: Lost of nice views Parked cars just in front of the bedroom and living room Noises from starting and turning motors as well as closing doors – and these 24 hours a day, 365 days long Air pollution – finish to sleep with open windows! At nighttime the disturbing lights from the cars into your rooms No more intimacies because all the people concerned by this construction are exposed to the visitors of the parking house!!! I can’t believe that such construction in front of a residence building and so closed to it can get construction accordance!! Amazing Thailand – quo vadis?!! Best regards, John D.
